billyblaze Posted April 21, 2005 Report Posted April 21, 2005 My search of Hotwire for 09/16/05-09/19/05 shows a downtown 3* " Best Value" Hotel. Rest, Pool, FC & BC are shown. Does anyone know which hotel this is? The price today is $70.00 a night. Thanks.
thereuare Posted April 21, 2005 Report Posted April 21, 2005 This looks like it could very well be the Holiday Inn Downtown as it is a match for what is believed to be associated with that property.I would also suggest trying EasyClickTravel who often have some very good hotels in the FQ for $100 or so (at the moment their site appears to be down but bump this thread once the previous link works and i'll have another look there for you. billyblaze Posted May 9, 2005 Author Report Posted May 9, 2005 I ended up booking my backup through www.quikbook.com. They had the Omni Royal Orleans for $149.00 a night. THe day after I made my ressie, thier price shot up into the mid $200s. Now I am all set until about 30 days before arrival when I see if priceline or hotwire can save me some money.
