TravelPhotographer Posted February 11, 2011 Report Posted February 11, 2011 Need overnights for 2/20,21,22,23.The Zone 6 map has no detail & seems toinclude a lot more than just downtown?Does it include any "unsafe" neighborhoods. Is there any way to identify likely hotels& addresses before bidding?Am interested in 3* & up.
thereuare Posted February 11, 2011 Report Posted February 11, 2011 I was recently in the Dominican Republic but I don't know the area well enough to comment how safe/unsafe this area is.You can use MAPS and HOTELS.com to see some of the hotels in the area and their location within the zone. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know whatever you decide to do for this stay or if we can be of further help. The Courtyard Marriot is listed as a 3*, the Hilton is listed as a 4*. All 6 are in a good area.Go to PRICELINE's non-bidding site to see the list of hotels in that zone
