Just a quick post travel review:

I'm not sure if I'm asking too much or not, but I thought a refrigerator and a microwave oven would be standard for a 4-star hotel? Ours didn't come with any. Later I learned that a refrigerator is available upon request. I wish the front desk had informed me at the check-in. I have a small child and I couldn't get any milk product for him.

Our room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The carpet felt dirty with visible stains, however, $68/night is a bargain, especially booked the day before arriving.

Overall experience is good; IMO, this hotel should be more like a 3/3.5-star instead.

These are amenities more often seen in mid-level hotels (2.5*-3*) than higher end properties (4* and above). In the future, i've had pretty good success getting milk (often at no charge) by asking at the on-site restaurant and explaining that it's for a baby.

While it doesn't sound as if this stay was perfect, hope you still found it to be a good value based upon the price paid.
