Stayed here over a saturday night in March 2005. The front desk is open only from 7am-11pm, therefore you arrive later than 11pm, you are out of luck. I checked in a 930pm and check in was very simple and smooth. The room was indeed no frills, which was fine considering that I was only there for about 7 hours. A refrigerator, small microwave, a 2-grill electrice stove was in the kitchen. A minimal amount of utensils, glasses, and plates were available. Bathroom was clean and ample towels were provided. No shampoo, but two bars of soap were provided.

There were two small working desks available. Apparently wired internet access is available for 3.99/day. A small 19" television was available as well.

Since I check out at 6am, I just slipped the key card underneath the grill that secures the front desk during afterhours.

Overall this was a very basic hotel that suited its purpose. I'm sure it is very similar to the other Extended Stays. This place certainly isn't as nice as Townplace Suites by Marriott, but it is indeed much cheaper.

Tip: Start the bids at 25$ for this property, as the lady in the front told me that $27.38 (25$ + 9.5% tax) will be charged to the (priceline) credit card.

I won it on a 28$ bid.
