Hi!

I need to book two rooms for my wife and my parents in laws in Warsaw, Poland( I am not going)

If I book and pay for the rooms - and the reservation will be in my name do i have to be present at check-in or

is it OK that my wife shows the receipt?

Thanks for helpimg

You make the reservation in the name(s) of the parties who will be checking in, not the person who's paying.

Priceline will ask for the name of one person checking into Room 1 and one person in Room 2. Those two people will need to present ID and a credit card for incidentals at checkin. The names on the IDs should match the names on the reservation. If neither person has a credit card in their own name you'll need to contact the hotel you win prior to checkin and make some other arrangement for covering incidentals.

Some advice, no matter who you book with, most hotels won't allow anyone to check in before the main guest. You can sometimes have someone added to your reservation to allow an early check in, but they will need a valid id and credit card.
