After a series of bid rejections over the past few weeks at $15 and $16 for a mid-size or intermediate (Hotwire was offering $21.95 for those) I rebid today on Priceline for a standard size car at $17. Even with coupons and discounts at rental company sites, I couldn't do better than around $165 for this rental. Just goes to show that patience pays.
