This most likely is the Chesterfield Hotel. I just booked a room at a property that fits this description, except Internet access was not listed as an amenity. However, the hotel website does include Internet access as an amenity.

Hi daydaven, thanks for your reply! I just booked a 3.5* Central South Beach area hotel at $129 per night (12/24 - 12/27) and it turns out to be the Albion hotel South Beach.
