Sorry one more question as i begin to research this...

There are TWO Alexandria zone on PRICELINE:

Alexandria East - Old Town

Alexandria West

Are both of these acceptable?

At the 3* level you have ONE re-bid zone. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.

I'd start with:

Select 3* Alexandria East...

Bid $47, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $50

If the above is rejected i'd re-try every 24 hours using the following bid pairs:

$53 / $55

$58 / $60

$63 / $65

$68 / $70

In 5 days you'll know if $70 will be enough for this complete stay, and if not, we can then discuss if you prefer to raise your maximum bid, lower your star rating, consider other nearby zones or SPLITTING YOUR PRICELINE BID (as the length of your stay may ultimately be an issue)
