One way car rental gone wrong

I used the name your price through priceline and I didn't know you had to pick your drop off and pick up locations separate. I called and asked if I could pick up my car through Ft. Lauderdale and drop off in Miami and they said NO Changes. Does anyone know a way around this or have any suggestions. First time bidder screw up. Am I just out the money?
