I saw some winning bids for 2.5* properties in the $30's from this summer, but I tried bidding on 2.5* for this weekend and didn't get accepted on anything like that. Anyway...Started bidding for 3* in the Maumee zone at about $43. Using free re-bid zones, stair-stepped my way up to $50. My $50 bid was rejected but it came back with a counter offer of $65. I declined, made a couple more free re-bids, and got accepted at $57.Hotel's website offers a lowest rate of $99 for the same date.Your Offer Price Per Room Per Night: $57.00Subtotal: $57.00Taxes & Fees: $16.38Total Charges*: $73.38Started all bids through the PRICELINE link on Betterbidding.
