djohannw
Continuing the stay we started at the Marriott, we needed two more nights at this weekend before moving on to some other place. Bid $33 again for the Lisle-Naperville and got a different hotel this time:Hyatt Lisle 1400 Corporetum Drive Lisle, Illinois 60532 630-852-1234Zone: Lisle - NapervilleCheck-In Date: Fri, Apr 22, 2005 Check-In Time: After 03:00 PM Check-Out Date: Sun, Apr 24, 2005 Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM Your Offer Price: $33.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 2 Subtotal: $66.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $15.60 Total Charges: $81.60 Shows that you assume a risk when you "add" nights by just bidding the same amount again. While it is nothing that does bother me too much others may think differently about moving around during a stay.Thy Hyatt is nice as well from reviews, but less than responsive to guest-requests. I have tried to eMail them now for some time but did not receive any response. eMails do not bounce (so the account I eMail to does exits), but nobody answers my questions...Greetings - Dirk Link to comment
thereuare
Thanks for this report.I assume both this, and the other stay, were first bids? When i saw you other stay i immediately thought, "Guess the Hyatt is not available" as this is the one we most frequently see in the zone. I've spoke off-board with somebody that stays here frequently and they say it is a good property.Happy travels... and welcome back to the States. djohannw
I assume both this, and the other stay, were first bids? Yes, both bids were on first try - as I had that three times in a row now I wonder if I should have started lower (allthough history is against this).Greetings - Dirk Link to comment
