Using your PRICELINE link, started w/Priceline at $85 - 4* White House/Downtown only. Bid up to $115 by $5 increments using 6 rebid zones. No luck. May drop star level down to 3.5 when I try again tomorrow. Will post results.

Is the White House zone the only zone which will work for your needs this trip? What i'm guessing is the Omni Shoreham is available on HOTWIRE for $134/nite and gets very good reviews.

Would you be able to make this work for your plans... or perhaps bidding the Dupont Circle and/or Convention Center zones via PRICELINE may lead to success at price levels you have already bid?
