Priceline Hotel: 3* Bristol Thistle

Looking for one night in Bristol or Bath. No rebids in either city, so its one try then wait 72 each time. Tried:

Bath 5* @ $115

Bath 3* @ $76

Bristol 4* @ $96

All rejected.

No 3* ever reported for Bristol so tried 3* @ $98 hoping to score an upgrade. Got the Thistle; reviews are a bit spotty, but it has recently been refitted and the location is superb so I'm not complaining. Best price I could find was $185 prepaid and not cancelable.

1 night $98 + taxes etc $25 = $123 total
