Priceline Hotel: 2.5* Phil Suburbs (Horsham-Willow Grove) Courtyard

First bid $55, Willow Grove only. Bid rejected, invited to do one free rebid if I increased bid by $15.

Second bid $70 was accepted.

For Easter weekend, can't complain and it's a very nice hotel (I've stayed there before)...rate is normally $99/night. Not the best but beats paying retail. I know the hotels in the area and am guessing that the 2.5* hotel in Willow Grove is the just the Marriott Courtyard...there are other hotels in town but not the same quality.

This property can likely be had for a bit less, as priceline's counter-offers can almost always be undercut, as discussed in PRICELINE SUGGESTS PRICE TO PAY (although with no re-bid zones and your check-in date approaching you may not have wanted to wait 72 hours, but at least wanted you know for future bids where you may have more time).

there is a good German restaurant a few blocks north of the Courtyard called Otto's and in the summer, Otto's features an outdoor beer garden.
