Using the PRICELINE link on the BetterBidding web site:

Started with 3.5 stars, Downtown zone, $40...denied.

Added zones without 3.5 star properties, and increased by increments of $5, and after two more bids it was accepted at $50.

Taxes and fees: $40.32. Grand total: $240.32.

Thanks for the information. That's a great rate for the property. Parking at the hotel is extra, which is a real bummer, but the hotel is right on the lake and across the street from the core downtown area. Not much alternative for parking at any better rate. It does allow you to walk around downtown while the car parking is already paid!
