Hotwire Hotel: 4* Oahu (Waikiki Beach) Marriott Beach Resort

I'm a newbie and I know this is late notice. But our original plan of staying with a friend fell through so we are looking for an affordable way to stay in Waikiki for 5 days starting (tomorrow) 8/20. This is what came back on hotwire Waikiki 4 star for $139 with 90% recommended. Any help would be appreciated.

It would be great if it was the Sheraton. Any advice on splitting up my trip into 2 different bids? That way if I don't like what I get, I can always try a different hotel. Thanks for your help.

If you do a HOTWIRE search for the first 2 nites of your stay and then again for the last 2 nites... does this stay hotel appear?

Got the Marriott. It's a super nice place with great shops on the bottom floor. The parking garage was a little scary. I've never been in a garage that was more narrow than this one. Overall, this is a great hotel with a great location.

I got the hotel through HOTWIRE and paid $139. The hotel has everything that was listed. There was no resort fee but parking was $25/day.

Can you please add a reply to this thread with the amenities shown before your purchase... you can still view this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page. (as i believe there is a good chance the amenities showing in your HOTWIRE account will be different then those you have listed in the first post of this thread)

Is the Mariott Beach front? I thought it was across the street from the beach.

I don't think the OP bought the hotel which was originally asked about in their first post. As you can see i have asked for the user to confirm the amenities of the property they purchased... but as of yet they have not responded :)
