Hotwire Hotel: Identifying a 2.5* Downtown Vegas

Doing a search for a place to crash the night of 9/22-9/23 and I get a $14 2.5* hit that shows Casino as the amenities. Ideas? Guesses? Thanks!

Is Casino the only icon associated with the Downtown hotel above?

Added reply, Yes, the hotel only has a Casino icon associated with it. Nothing else except for a 3.5 out of 5 on Tripadvisor it tells me.

A property with just a solo Casino icon has not yet been reported to the board, and as most of the hotel sin this area are budget oriented and have a casino, i don't we'll be able to offer much insight into this one.
