after reading on tripadvisor that parking was $7, I rechecked a fresh booking to see if that was mentioned in the hotwire additional information section and it's not. also the fantastic 95% has been replaced by "still gathering reviews"... (for a property with same amenities, same price for dates..)

I don't believe that parking rates are ever listed in the additional information area - only resort fees.

Maybe it's a new feature and only when the parking is high...

for example, search SAN for 9/4 ...

there's 3.5 star @ $99 and the info says

This hotel does not charge an additional resort fee.

...

I've also seen some properties with showing both the Self & Valet rate ranges...

yes. hotwire calls this one Comfort Suites Mission Valley ... 631 Camino Del Rio S

the correct dates are 9/4 - 9/6
