I went to hotwire and am looking for a hotel within walking distance of the San Diego Convention Center (111 W. Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101)

Can anyone tell me which hotel the following might be?

Downtown - Harbor Island area Hotel (0.0 - 3.0 miles from your location)

Is San Diego a walking friendly city? Are cabs readily available ?

Any other suggestions for my hotel hunt would be appreciated! I'm on a tight budget.
