Hotwire: 3* 99, 95%, B, bus, pool, rest, bus, golf, spa. Do you agree this looks like Apple Farm? Decent price, I'm thinking it's best to book this vs bidding on Priceline, to avoid getting the Holiday Inn Express.

I'm not sure you're using the correct names for the icons above, this is what i'm currently seeing for the 3* when searching for your dates:

Boutique, Shuttle, Pool, Restaurant, Hi-Speed Internet, Golf, Spa

Is this what you're seeing on your own HOTWIRE search?

If so this is a match for the Apple Farm and that would be my best guess for this one. If you're trying to avoid a hotel in the zone then HOTWIRE could be a better option then PRICELINE.
