On the other hand, the resort is very expensive and the upgrade is unllkely in the bid range that was used. I'm curious as to the OPs reasoning on this one.

I'm curious as to the OPs reasoning on this one.You're right about Ihilani zone not being a free re-bid. My reasoning is that I wouldn't mind being upgraded to a resort at Ihilani. It the same reason I added Waikiki Beach as a re-bid too.
