Priceline Hotel Room Cancellation Insurance

We are planning a trip to Washington/New York and Boston in June and have been wanting to get started on trying PL bookings . We're very healthy people (early retirees) but we would hate to have to cancel if some medical problem turned up. I then remembered that PL has some insurance (I"ve always ignored it in the past for short trips). I found the policy info on their website but no mention of cost. Does anyone know what that might be or where I could find the info.
