theairstrange
We bid on 2 rooms in downtown Seattle, starting bid at $65 for a 4 star. We only wanted to go down to a 3 star, so it took us several days, upping the bid in $5 increments and finally winning at $80. I think we ended up paying a bit more because of it being over the Memorial Day holiday, but we're still happy with the price. Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding!Congratulations on your win and thank you for sharing it with the board. Are you familiar with RE-BIDDING, as you have many re-bids available at the 4* level in Seattle and there was no reason to lower your star rating so soon (as well, it's not recommended to lower your star rating and raise your bid at the same time).Feel free to ask for a bidding strategy before your next purchase, at the very least you can compare it to what you intend to do.Enjoy your stay in Seattle.
