I was asked to put up old posts so this is one of those. I got this hotel on 6/8/10. I had been bidding for several days prior. Started around $33 up to $39 before this was accepted. I used the PRICELINE link from the site. The total cost of the hotel was $233.50 ($200.00 + $33.50 in taxes and fees).Hotel is just OK -- it could use a good cleaning and some renovation -- but for $40 I can't complain. Very good location. Close to OakBrook Mall and other shopping. However, I had just stayed at the Hyatt Place Lombard from 6/4-6/15 and had only paid $39 ($476.81 total) for that on Hotwire. I had purchased that on 12/28/09. Was able to determine it was Hyatt Place from using this site. Hyatt Place is fabulous. Free breakfast, large suite, new. That was a steal.
