I am thinking based on other experience that this is the Westin or Hyatt....

There is also another one for $102 that is 4*?

4* more expensive ($4 more) than a 4 1/2*?

This is a match for previous reports of Westin Gaslamp Quarter, Hotel Solamar and Hotel Indigo. Sorry to say that we can't narrow down the result better for the moment.
