Priceline Hotel: How to avoid Luxor when bidding vegas strip south

Hi, I want to bid for Planet Hollywood or other 4* hotels on vegas strip, but I DONOT want the resort fee required by Luxor.

I've seen quite many posts on successfully getting Luxor, greatly outnumbered the success on Planet Hollywood

Since they're all 4* hotels, how should I bid to avoid getting Luxor (on priceline, the rate is only $50 for Luxor, but $92 for planet hollywood, 07/11~07/14),

Besides, I saw Trump for $84 from priceline search on 07/11~07/14, so how much do you think I should bid for it? I already tried $60, didn't work. Thanks!

You can't avoid the Luxor when bidding in the South zone unless you bid higher than 4*.

You have so many zones to use when trying for the Trump so i would bid i $1 or $2 steps from $61 and up to your max.
