For two adults I get the following:

4* $169/n Boutique, Shuttle, No-smoke, Breakfast, FItness, Rest, HSIA and Golf

My guess is Magnolia as it's the only 4* offereing breakfast and is boutique

Just to 'close this out' I ultimately didn't take this one any further and ended up booking another hotel directly through it's website.
