irobot Posted February 24, 2005 Report Posted February 24, 2005 Kinda screwed up on this :) I started at $30 for the Coquitlam - Burnaby zone, adding $1 increments for Delta and Langley. Was at $34 when I added the airport and was accepted. Might have been able to get it for a few bucks less (maybe), but more importantly the Tripadvisor reviews of this property make it seem like a bit of a bow-wow. We'll have a car, so location isn't a major issue. Current rates for that night (that we could qualify for) is 109CDN befor tax, so $44.85US all in is decent. Any personal observations on this property out there?
jdmss Posted February 24, 2005 Report Posted February 24, 2005 Stayed there in November 2004. Didnt go through PL as we wanted a hotel that we could leave our car for free while we were flying out on holidays. The Lobby was great, check in a breeze, lounge was very nice for some appies and a few drinks. The room was adequate, nothing fancy, clean which is what I really care about, could do with some upgrading. I know if you have kids as the waterslide is a hit. Overall it is central to the airport, Richmond and close to Vancouver. For the money you are paying, it is a deal. I think you will be satisfied!!
thereuare Posted February 24, 2005 Report Posted February 24, 2005 irobot, thank you for sharing your win. As far as errors go, we all make them, and this one doesn't seem too bad given that you're flexible on location and it's only for a one nite stay. Enjoy your stay.jdmss, thanks for the comments on the hotel. You may want to post such information in the HOTEL REVIEW section of the board as it will be seen by and help more people there. You can then reply to a post such as this with the link to your review, and we can also then add a link next to the property in our hotel lists. Eventually this post will make it's way off of the front page of this forum and not as many people will be able to see your comments. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
