This is very useful information! My wife and I will be in Portland June 28-July 3 and I was thinking I'd have to spend much more than this, and possibly switch to someplace out of town after a couple of days since we'll likely need a car for our plans and parking is so high downtown. Now I at least have a price to start biddng at. If I get something this low, even paying an outrageous parking rate after a couple of days wouldn't be bad.
