I agreed to a connecting flight before I zapped "purchase" - they are now flying me from Boston to Chicago to get to London!!! I tried a pity call but they were not in the slightest bit empathetic. Any idea how I can resolve this???? :) :)

LoneStar Posted February 23, 2005 Report Posted February 23, 2005 I hope you at least got a good deal. :) This is why I tell folks to use priceline or hotwire as a "last resort" for air travel. The frequent flyer miles alone (at least 7000 roundtrip) are worth at least 70 bucks, and what's your time worth? Unless the published fares are ridiculous and you can save AT LEAST $150, it doesn't seem worth using an opaque airline bidding service.
