Priceline Hotel: Help with Kingsport

For 6/4/10, what do you think the cheapest I could get the 3.5* Meadow View Conference Center Resort for? Would around $40 even be possible? It's listed at $105 on priceline and the hotel's website. A 3* would have been fine too, but there doesn't seem to be a 3* in that area.

Also why on priceline when I have Kingsport selected, it shows Johnson City as an alternative, but when I have Johnson City selected, Kingsport is not shown as an alternative area?

I see where there have been successful bids of $60 and $64 in the past for this hotel, which is the only 3.5* hotel in Kingsport. I bid $60 for 6/9/10 - 6/11/10, but it was rejected. If your first bid is rejected, you can currently add Blountsville and rebid for a 3.5* as Blountsville currently does not have anything above a 2*.

When I bid on Kingsport, it only shows Blountsville as an alternative. When I bid on Johnson City, it only shows Jonesborough as an alternative.

I really really doubt you'd get $40. It's a great hotel. I posted what I got it for last time through (don't remember but I think mid-$50's). I think it was rock bottom as I tried the various tools of the trade to get that. It's worth a lot more than whatever rate you get here. There are very few top shelf options in that area so I'm not surprised nothing else shows up. Good luck.
