Hokietravel Posted May 12, 2010 Report Posted May 12, 2010 I bid this for my parents last year. Accepted first bid. My parents asked at checkin to stay an additional night, until the 22nd, and were given the same $50/night price. The clerk wrote in down and slid it to my father because right beside of them a guest was arguing with another clerk that his room was $300/night, which he didn't mind except it didn't even have a view. $50 compared to $300? My father became a true believer in PRICELINE at that moment.
