This property has not yet been reported to the board, but if i were to take a guess, i'd think that the Homestead Suites Brea might be a possibility.

If your budget allows, i'd consider spending the extra $15 for the 3* hotel in this zone as it's a big jump in star rating and has an overall HOTWIRE satisfacation rating of 4.5 as well as recommended in 100% of customer reviews.
