Based on those rates I think you might be within a few dollars of a PRICELINE win at $95.

Can you go to $100 for a 4*? Then if rejected try $100 for a 3.5*?

Does Brentwood-Westwood zone interest you? That zone doesn't get much bidding activity but it's an upscale area right next to BH-WH. If it appeals you could try bidding $80-100 for a 4* in BW-WW too.
