Priceline Hotel: Need double beds in MTE, MSG, ESB or Chelsea

I know you can't reserve it with PRICELINE, but if I need a good chance of getting a room with two beds, doubles or queens and want to stay midtown east or below on 5/11/10. What do you suggest?

I would suggest using HOTWIRE :)

Are you more than double occupancy or would just prefer separate beds for 2 people? What star rating and budget are you seeking? Are the MTW and/or Times Square zone(s) acceptable as well or do these not work well for your plans?

We need two rooms, both double occupancy but just one needing seperate beds for two people... got a grown teenage boy with a parent in one. I'm not as concerned about star ratings as ease of getting the double bed, so anything from 2.5 up is fine in the $100 - 125 range. we're down around nyu for activities so theater district and mtw are doable, just not quite as close. Thanks.

There is no way to increase your chances of landing a room with two beds in NYC... especially at the lower star ratings. Are you willing to accept the risk of a room with only one bed?

Also, i didn't look too indepth yet as i'm not sure you are willing/able to move forward with PRICELINE, but my initial take is that you're budget is likely going to be too low for this nite.

Let us know if u want to move forward with PRICELINE even with the 'one bed risk'.
