Priceline Hotel: No other hotesl in the area - 3.5* Cape May - The Wildwoods

I am bidding for a 3.5* in Cape May - The Wildwoods. The site list says that there are no other hotels in this area! What will happen if I add 3* in the same area. I have tried several times and trying $55-$70 bids , but priceline keeps making a counter offer for $95.

Any help would be great.

I am travelling from 05/04-05/06. Couple of nights in the Cape May area.

Which site? Are you referring to BetterBidding or to PRICELINE?

The lists on Betterbidding provide the hotels that have been reported to the board. In this case, no hotels have yet been reported to the board at that star rating (3*) in this zone.
