I have existing confirmed priceline reservations for Parc 55 Sanfrancisco which is becoming part of Wyndham brand end-of-April 2010. Are my PRICELINE reservations and price automatically guaranteed with the new management?

If not, does PRICELINE provide alternate comparable arrangements?

Yes, there shouldn't be any problem with the hotel honoring purchases/reservations which were made prior to the brand conversion... although not a bad idea to give them a call in July/August just to confirm that your reservation is still there and on their books after any technology conversions they may have went thru under the new flag.

:) Thank you for the prompt reply; In addition to an inquiry to PRICELINE Customer Service (who similarly indicated the reservation would be honored), I did indeed contact both Parc55 hotel and Wyndham Worldwide (the new owners)

directly. Both indicated my existing PRICELINE arrangement would be honored, and that my reservation (with priceline rate) had successfully been transferred to the new system. Wyndham went so far as to verify my hotel

confirmation number and describe the room and bed type being held for my visit. Thank you
