blkjck1 Posted April 15, 2010 Report Posted April 15, 2010 I began my research on HOTWIRE, and saw a 3* in the Spokane - East Valley zone with amenities that looked like a match for the HI Express at $62. Seeing as how Tripadvisor rates this hotel as the top hotel in Spokane, I decided to try and target this establishment on PRICELINE. Started the bidding at $42, and used a rebid zone at $45 before stopping for the day. Tried the next day at $46, and received a counteroffer at $59. Turned the counteroffer down, and used a rebid zone at $50 before being accepted.
