That hotel hasn't been identified, but the Vagabond Inn is a possibility. On Expedia I find several small independent motels in the area with those amenities, and it could be one of those as well. Hotwire doesn't offer TripAdvisor stats for this hotel so it's difficult to narrow it down.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn express in Marina, it is very nice and matches your description. I cannot comment on anything else, but I think this might be the hotel.

Niether of the above have been reported to the board, but i believe the Marina property is very likely the Ramada Marina and that would be my best guess for that one.
