  3. Hi, I wasn't aware that the B Ocean has always previously been seen with an Oceanfront and/or Spa amenity, many thanks for clarifying. We are still undecided on length of stay so based on my original post for the dates 20/11 - 23/11 (details below), would you be able to help identify which hotel this could possibly be? Could it be the W also, or would it more likely be B Ocean or another? Again many thanks for assistance on this? :D 4 -star Hotel in Fort Lauderdale Beach(95% positive, 375 total reviews 4/5 tripadvisor) $120 for 11/20 to 11/23 Oceanfront Property Property Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center Guests Laundry Facilities High-Speed Internet Spa Services Accessible path of travel Accessible bathroom Raised toilet, Roll-in shower Cheers S
  4. Hi, Thanks for getting back. Was hoping you thought this maybe the W, just wondering why you edge towards this and not the B Ocean based on Info. Cheers Si
  5. Hi, Apologies there is also Fitness Center Listed. Cheers S

  8. Yeah I understand that the cancelation policy will only allow me to cancel the whole booking, I was just curious regarding the 3.5 Resort property for the said nite. I mean if i worked out a good deal i'd be more than happy to have a different property for the two nites, to try and get a more of a flavour of LV hotels, and obviously have more $$$ for gambling/drinking etc. :) .
  9. Finally managed to get the Westin as a 4* (oops sorry for not posting details sooner) for the duration of our stay 4/22 - 4/24 for $140 per nite, total with tax is $298. But with it being downgraded to 3* juts recently we have the option to cancel so we are going to try for a hotel on the strip, hopefully for cheaper than we paid, but still have the WEstin as a back up. Thanks for the advice on getting this deal tho.
  10. No, we finally managed to get the Westin as a 4* (oops sorry for not posting details) for the duration of our stay 4/22 - 4/24 for $140 per nite. But with it being downgraded to 3* we have the option to cancel so we are going to try for a hotel on the strip, hopefully for cheaper than we paid. After looking around our best guess is this property is the Tropicanna. What do you think?
  11. Just tried as per your instruction new email address and new credit card info but to no avail, I take it you have definetely tried this and it's worked?
  12. Hope you can help identify, im getting a 3.5* $157 Resort 4/23-4/24 On Las Vegas Strip amenities are: Resort Casino Restaurant(s) Pool(s) Fitness Center Spa Services Golf Nearby Laundry Facilities (self-service) Any Ideas?????
  13. Forgot to mention, that are stay isn't until 4/22 - 4/24
  14. With the Westin now being classed as 3* via Priceline, I won the Westin around 3 weeks ago as 4* on strip, would it be possible to quiz Priceline regarding this drop in * rating, and maybe get discount/actual 4* hotel on Strip as originally bid for?? Any help would be appreciated.
  15. Hi managed to be successful eventually, after following your excellant advice/stratergy. Got the Wyndham Belage Hotel West Hollywood on last bid, here's the following information: Your Offer Price: $129.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 3 Subtotal: $389.00 Taxes and Service Fees: $66.00 Total Charges: $455.00 Conversion are approx as per exchange rate from GBP - USD I know i said max bid was $120, got kinda carried away (ha ha) but hey it's better than the $170 per nite rate the hotel website is showing. So total savings is roughly $150. Very happy with hotel, as I've read some pretty decent reviews, especially location being just off Sunset Strip. Thanks for you great advice and website, keep up the good work.
  16. Ahh i see that's how it's done......right so no 4 stars in Santa Monica.
  17. Looks like the highest in Hollywood is a 3*, so that gives me another free bid zone (opps really must do my homework), but there appears to be a 4* in the Santa Monica zone. So from this my rekoning is that i've got 7 bids for the 4* in required area. Can you please advise in terms of strategy to adopt, and if you think im likely to be successful with my max bid of being between $100-120. Cheers
  18. Hi, im after a 4* hotel in the Beverly Hills/W Hollywood area for the dates 4/19 - 4/22, and was after a couple of pieces of advice. 1) What price would you recommend starting at, im willing to pay probably up to $120 max, do you think at this price a 4* in this area is achievable 2) In terms of bidding up to my max am i right in thinking i've got 6 bids per 72hrs. This being based upon these area's having no 4* accomadation in them: - Bel Air - Commerce - Culver City - LAX - Redonda Any help on this would be great.
  19. HI, Hotwire is showing 4* Beverly Hills - Westwood - Century City, amenities Boutique hotel Pool(s) Reastruant(s) Fitness Center High Speed Internet Access Any ideas what this could be????
  20. Thanks for the advise (again), think we are going to have the Imperial as back up at $109 per nite and carry on with Priceline 5*, I shall keep you updated. On the back of the comments regarding Aladdin's renovation I decided to email asking if they would be taking place over weekend of 22 Apr - 24 Apr 05 please see response below: Dear xxxxx, Thank you for your interest in staying at the Aladdin Hotel. We are not planning any construction until July of this year. The lowest rates we have available are for our Deluxe Room, 450 square feet. The rates for your requested dates are $259 plus tax per night. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
