I am looking at going to Lynn Canyon/chinatown/gastown/granville island & stanley park on Friday 8/8 & Saturday so looking to spend $125 in downtown area---or nearby. It's a last minute trip with flights already so I am not too picky...so looking to save $$.

We did not use ; booked a bed & breakfast near Hana instead.

Did not book Hotwire for SD or Maui. Was not good options.

Need accommodations for above....is it do-able since it's last minute. Not sure which areas to bid.

Hello, I've been bidding for San Diego Coastal (hoping for Hyatt Aventine in La Jolla or nearby) with no avail. bidding from $55 up to $99 (4stars) for the last 2 weeks. It seems odd that it would cost so much. I am wondering if there's something going on in San Diego during this time. (Del Mar fair or graduation?) Any advices would be appreciated. Thanks!

Booked Embassy Suites Burlingame with Expedia to get free parking....a savings of $25.00 Not one of the better Embassy.....really is a 3.5 stars not 4stars.

Resort and 4* for all areas with max bid at 124-140. At 3*, I've tried $100. i am still about 3 mos. away. Seems like most winning bids are within 2 months. Case in point, most Wailea Marroitt are for may at around $120.00. I would love to get any 4* or more in Wailea for $120 (As we are staying at the Westin for the beginning of our trip already). Do you think this is possible or am I dreaming? I am also considering Makena Golf package ($329.00 for unlimited golf for my hubby for one night) Thanks for all your help!

Is early June a busy time in Maui since most schools kids are still in school. What do you recommend? Is it possible to spend $100 night in maui?
