  1. Wow this thread has kept me smiling for the last 5 minutes :) I am a newbie to this board but a long time lurker here and TOBB. I travel often but have never attempted a Priceline bid until just last week (I did use the link here and was very happy with my results btw). To be honest, I was actually too afraid to post over there for fear of making a mistake. Now I know why!!! :) Thanks for making this site so accommodating and user friendly!
  2. I am pretty sure HOTWIRE rates the radisson celebration as 3.5, and I am positive it has the resort classification. This was one I was considering if I couldnt get a WDW resort for decent price. That being said I think the radisson is the 3.5* for 69 on HOTWIRE for your specified dates. Hope this helps!
  3. Started bidding early in week at $60 for resort and rebid adding zone and increasing by $5 all the way to $95 with no luck. Tried again today and got the Hyatt for $90. My thinking is the Hilton is not available for these dates as Friday Nov. 7 starts the national realtors convention and it's one of the hotels on their list.
  4. It's a 4*. As far as I know the only Universal resort is the JW Marriott.
  5. Wow! congratulations! Did you just put in those 2 bids?
  6. I'm a newbie here but have been lurking for quite awhile. I'd like to book a resort for 11/4-11/8 but not sure when the best time is to begin bidding process. I don't want to spend over $80 a night considering the resort fees that are tacked on later, but I also don't want to end up with the WDW Hilton. Any advice?? Thanks!! :)
