Funjet.com has some great rates to Kauai with air fare. I found Phx to Kauai July 13th-20th @ the Grand Hyatt Kauai for about $2500 for three people. Lax to Kauai same dates with the Hyatt for $2,143.92.

It would never be best to just add $5 per day because if new inventory is given to PL you are going to over pay for your room. If you do your home work on here you will in most cases know what the lowest price is that comes up in any given zone.

Rebids should be used from the start of your bidding so you can start low and work your way up to a win with out over bidding.

You can almost always get the hotel for less then Pricelines counter offer. You have two free rebids @4* level in Vegas.

What is your max bid per night for this stay? A winning 4* bid for Huntington Beach zone witch includes Newport Beach and is where almost all winning bids get accepted now a days.

You got a great deal on this hotel! Take my advice and don't use self parking if you have a car. One trip into the garage and you will be back to the valet.

I don't think you will have a problem getting a room with two beds. But its never guaranteed no matter how you book until you check-in.

Is the $82 for both rooms or each ? Whats the dining breakfast? A lot of hotels give breakfast but it consists of donuts and juice if you get there before its all gone and it goes fast.

If you don't get a upgraded room at the Flamingo your not going to be very happy with the room,can you say blue carpet. The pool and the location are the only thing the Flamingo has going for it. Luxor is a nice hotel but on the end of the strip. We stayed at the Westin last weekend on a $60 bid and loved it.

The Palms Casino also comes up in this zone @ 4*. Its right accross the street from Rio.

Your not going to get a cab from MV for $15. Its about $10-12 from the airport to the Hyatt.

The lowest price we see a 5* strip hotel for is about $120 a night on PL. From the looks of prices for your dates I don't think $120 would be enough this early. What is the max you want to pay and are you willing to split your stay between two hotels? Where did you book the Aladdin,your price is not bad for the Aladdin? The rooms could use some work but It has very nice bathrooms.

Legacy Golf Resort would be my guess. This is more of a time share place then a resort and the area around the place is not a area I would want to be out in at night.

Most people that bid 3* on the strip and win are not very happy with the results. Most of the 3* hotels in this zone that come up on PL are DUMPS!
