Priceline Hotel: 3* Newark (Secaucus-North Bergen) Holiday Inn Harmon Meadow

Thought I'd get a bit aggressive given the economy and hi vacancy rates.

First Bid was 2.5* & $51 in Rutherford area. No acceptors, was given a counter offer of $65 for a 3* (I assume the Courtyard, which is what I was hoping for).

I was willing to look in the Secaucus area as well. Raised my bid to $55. Was Accepted at the Holiday Inn.

Date of bid, same day as date of stay: Feb 6 & Feb 7 (2 nights), additional night offered, but @ $96.

Nice hotel.
