$60 3* Destin Courtyard Sandestin at Grand Boulevard 5/22/11 By the way, the beach is not walking distance. You have to drive to the gated Hilton Sandestin which is a mile or so away and park at Finz Restaurant. Also, no free breakfast and coffee is only available in the morning. How cheap is that :) I finally ended up finishing my vacation at Embassy Suites at Miramar Beach where all you had to do is cross the street to the beach. Lots of algae in the water. Also, watch out for schools of stingrays 4 feet from the beach. That was a little scary :)

4* Eagle County-Summit County (Avon-Beaver Creek) Westin Riverfront 12/31/10 - 1/5/11 $230

Resort Hilton Head Island Crowne Plaza, $50 ... 11/5/10-11/7/10 Keep in mind there's no complimentary in room wifi. Only wired connection. bring a small wifi router if you have one. Also, Verizon and ATT Cell service sucks in room so don't count on using your phone for internet.

Resort Hilton Head Crowne Plaza $60 ... 10/30/10-11/1/10 This does not include priceline taxes. Also, keep in mind that with Crown Plaza, there's an additional $12.95(including tax) resort fee you get charged upon check-in. Also, there's no free wireless in the bedrooms. Only free wired connection. Bring a small wifi travel router or use a laptop to create a ad-hoc wireless connection to share the wired internet (basically making the laptop a wireless router). The later is what I did. (Google Internet Connection Sharing) Finally, make sure to sign up for priority clubs before checkin. There was no problem adding it to my stay. Not sure if i'll get points though :) This place is certainly not a 4 star hotel. It's more like a 2-3 star by the beach with decent amenities. Bed was super firm. Everything was clean. I'd recommend this place if you get it on priceline for $50-$60.
