First bid for 2.5* (hoping for Doubletree; only one listed at that star rating), 45.00 rejected. Changed to 2*, not seeing that category, bid 52.00. Accepted for Extended Stay. I am very pleased with my win; hotel has 8.5/10 guest rating as well as kitchenette. Note to Moderator: It seems like this should be added to the Priceline Mass. list under Westborough.
First Bid : $48.00 2.5* hotel requested Brighton-Brookline area, rejected Second bid: $52.00 2.5* hotel added Waltham-Newton, bid accepted and was UPGRADED to 3.5* hotel. total of 64.00 with taxes and fees. Hotel also did NOT charge me the famous nine dollar parking fee! Hotel was lovely and we were very pleased.
In fact it IS a 3* hotel (double checked) for "Hershey Area" zone. Dates are for July 28-30 and amennities offered are pool, business center, laundry, golf nearby, tennis nearby. I would be open to the two star but the only amenity is continental breakfast, no pool. Still thinking it may be Holiday Inn, Grantville. Thanks for your help!
Okay, I looked at the Hotwire Forum and think it is the Holiday Inn Grantville. Will check it out. but it matches 3* along with the same amenities: pool, fitness, laundry, tennis and golf nearby.... Being offered at 102 a night. Will see what regular price is.
I am stumped on this one because the two star hotels offered can fall outside of Hershey proper. Am wondering if it is the Comfort Inn in Hummelstown. Any ideas? thanks.
Disappointed in my win; with fees and taxes all the way up to 144.80 although the hotel is over 200 if I were to book it independently. It is NOT right on the beach and the pool area isn't all that great. It is a one night precruise stay so I would have done a Comfort Inn if I knew I wouldn't get nice water, etc. It's a risk I took biddign on a beach area and being three long blocks away. Otherwise the hotel looks lovely
