  1. I used the PRICELINE link on this website.
  2. I used the PRICELINE link on this website.
  3. When I saw this as a match on Hotewire going for $106, I decided to try my luck with Priceline where it's listed as a 2.5* hotel. I began with a bid of $75, added Marina as a free rebid and increased to $80, added Fisherman's wharf where I was pretty sure I would not get a hotel since I went up to $98 yesterday for a 2.5*, added Embarcadero and increased to $90 where nobody ever reported getting a 2.5* on this board and finally $95 adding Union square east. Needless to say, I could have landed any hotel and I would have been ok staying in any of these areas. Sure enough though, I got The Hotel California as expected. What I like about it is the free wifi and continental breakfast. Hotels seemed to be going for a high price these dates. I used the PRICELINE link to begin bidding.
  4. I've stayed at this hotel before. It's very decent for the price. It has free high speed internet and breakfast. That's why I generally prefer 2 and 2.5 stars to 3. I used the PRICELINE link on this website to initiate the bidding.
  5. Looks like a hotel to add to the list. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with this win. It might even go for less since 80$ was my opening bid. I used the PRICELINE link on this website.
  6. Started at 65$ 3.5* with quebec, was offered to increase my bid by 15$, added beauport as a free rebid zone and increased it to 68$ and it was accepted. I used the PRICELINE link on this website to begin bidding.
  7. Had started several days ago at 41$ and got several offers to increase my bid by 14$ and 15$. I eventually decided to go back to an old offer to increase my 51$ bid by 14$ and it was accepted at 65$. I had gone as high as 57$ so this bid was only 7$ higher than had I just increased my bid by 1 dollar again. I'm happy this is the hotel I got because my car will already be parked there for 10 days since I'm flying out of Boston and took advantage of a sleep, park and fly rate they were offering.
  8. Used the PRICELINE link on this site to start the bidding. Started at 106$, rejected, added a free re-bid zone and increased to 112$ to get the above mentioned hotel.
  9. Used the PRICELINE link as usual. No complaints about this deal. The hotel seems adequate for a 2 star.
  10. This is the lowest price I've ever gotten in Toronto using PRICELINE. Started with 4* at 46$ with Downtown South, added Downtown North and increased bid to 49$, added Brampton (free re-bid) and increased it to 51$ and was accepted. I used the PRICELINE link on the website to start my bid.
  11. Tried 95$ and was rejected. Next day 99$ accepted. I used the PRICELINE link on this website. Looking forward to checking out this property along with the Intercontinental Athenaeum I got on HOTWIRE.
  12. The amenities are the following: (Restaurant), Fitness Center, Pool(s), Business Center, High Speed Internet Access.
  13. I originally said I wouldn't pay more than 80$ for this hotel on Pirce.line but when I saw that it was a likely match on Hotwire for 89$ I decided to go for it. Of course, I used the HOTWIRE link on this website.
  14. Unsuccesful bids. 5* Athens Sept 19-21 and Sept 26-27 I just thought I'd share my results. I've been trying to get a 5* hotel in Athens, and judging on the postings in this forum there seems to be only 1 (Intercontinental). I have bid as much as 80$ for tyhe dates mentioned above without any success. I am not willing to pay more so I'll be trying every day. I've using the PRICELINE link on this site. Also, it seems there's a match on HOTWIRE for this hotel 4.5* and it's going for 92$ a night.
