Last time I stayed at the Hyatt Regency DFW, the parking was free. They also validated your gate ticket into the airport. I just checked their webpage and it still states "Complimentary covered self parking". I think you'll like the hotel.

I stayed at the Omni for a conference November 2-4, 2009. I arrived early (11 a.m.) and thought I would check to see if anything was available. "A room just became available... we're giving you a complimentary upgrade to the Concierge level." Very nice. We were on the 14th floor facing into the lobby and could see the capitol dome from our window. It was a beautiful view at night. I won't go into specifics about the room because you can see all this on their webpage. It looks just like the photo. Be sure and sign up for the Omni's loyalty program before you go. The basic level gives you: Complimentary Wi-Fi Service Complimentary Morning Beverage Delivery Complimentary Bottled Water And other benefits listed on their web page. The free WiFi saves you $9.95 per day and the morning beverage was nice since I don't drink coffee. All of the staff was very friendly and seemed to go out of their way for you. I look forward to staying there again!

I just called the hotel to check the parking and internet fees and thought it might be of interest: Parking - Per day (Valet only): $25 + tax = $27.04 Wireless Internet - Per day: $12.93 for Business Class & $21.57 for higher speed for videos and gaming You get 30 minutes of free internet access in the lobby or restaurant areas. $25 a day seems the going rate for parking in downtown SA.
