$45 bid accepted for Little Rock West

4* Dallas (Richardson) Hyatt Regency North Dallas for 5.24.13 Bid of $42 accepted. With tax it is $55.48.

Started with an $80 bid for a 4 star in the French Quarter. Expanded out to include the Downtown Area and the Convention Center area. Then tried a 3.5 star at $75 and then the $80 at 3 stars, which was successful. Yesterday, I tried a high of $65 for the same bidding parameters, which was unsuccessful.
