While we are confident in the quality of all our hotel partners, the new rating more accurately reflects the service level, accommodations and facilities of this property. They offered me a full refund or a 50 HotDollars good for any future booking on the Hotwire Web site. I took the full refund because I have heard many disturbing reviews about New Frontier.
