I was upgraded from a 2* to a 3* hotel in the downtown-convention center. I am pleased with my $35 hotel price. Note: It does charge a mandatory $6.95 resort fee.

I am happy with my results. At first, I put a 4* and of course this obscenely low price was not accepted. Then I tried the the 3 star. I was about to fork over $132 per room. Thank goodness I did priceline.

My budget was $75 per night in South Beach. I tried the different ratings until it stopped at 1* I am happy.

First bid $60 for White House area for 3 star Then added Convention Center and raised bid to $70 and won!

Yes, hotwire had a similar hotel in the same area of 2 stars for $39. I really wanted this location so I wanted to be on the safe side and bid $32.

Sahara Hotel and Casino Amenities are: Casino Restaurant Pool High Speed Internet Golf Business Center I only paid $38 per night. Unbelievable! I was able to cancel my New Frontier reservations for $49 since that hotel was downgraded by Hotwire.

While we are confident in the quality of all our hotel partners, the new rating more accurately reflects the service level, accommodations and facilities of this property. They offered me a full refund or a 50 HotDollars good for any future booking on the Hotwire Web site. I took the full refund because I have heard many disturbing reviews about New Frontier.

It is a 1 star suite. A year ago, I stayed there when it was listed as an Extended StayAmerica. They are currently being remodeled to a Extended Stay Deluxe. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns to a 2 star within the next two months.
